Made by Hand...

I love to make things and create something new with my hands...I didn't grow up with a mother that taught all about domestic skills- and I never took Home- Ec...So weird, I never had time or opportunity in my childhood or adolescence to learn how to do the things that make me happiest as an adult. So I set out to teach myself how to crochet, how to sew, how to knit, etc. Mostly my craft education has come from sampling YOUTUBE videos over and over (literally 432 views of the same video on my first attempt at crocheting) until I get it right...Heck! I've even come so far as to spinning my own yarn from fibers now... So... while I am still learning and my crafting career is still in its infancy, I am trucking along learning new things here and there that pique my interests and broaden my horizons. I am the little engine that could- chugging steadily up a hill of fabric and ribbons- hoping to have a smooth coast of mastery coming down on the other side... Examples with inevitably be posted here- completed examples- that is- they are far out number by item in progress....Stay tuned...
